Once the U.S. military was a critical defender of the Constitution. Then the most corrupt Orange Caesar came along and promoted incompetents and crooks to high office. Take Pete Hegseth, perhaps the least qualified Secretary of Defense ever to set foot in the Pentagon.

Muzzles is based on Hegseth’s desire to require reporters to pledge to refrain from reporting anything not officially approved by the government—even if the news isn’t designated as “secret.” You know, like a bunch of cabinet-level maroons mistakenly inviting a journalist to join them in a group chat about a military attack.

Then there’s Tom Homan, the Director of ICE and the latest corruption pin-up in the Trumps administration’s “Pay-to-PlayBoy” magazine. Last September, Homan was recorded on video accepting $50,000 in cash in a Cava take-out bag from an undercover FBI agent. Homan thought it was a contractor he promised to help secure government contracts if Trump won. Spoiler: Trump won.

So if you’re a muzzle manufacturer, you’d want to reach out to Tom Homan—preferably in a parking lot.
