The essay
I was going to do a holiday flavored strip because that seems to be what the cool kids (i.e., real cartoonists) do. Then I read about JD Vance’s comments at the Turning Point conference over the weekend. So instead of something clever involving Santa’s gifts being outshone by bribes from the Middle East, you get This Country is More. Sorry. But even without a season-appropriate strip, I wish all of you who celebrate Christmas a very merry one.
