Leave aside Trump’s ever-expanding list of wars he’s ended or averted or been made aware of—I think he’s up to 10—in which his role in ending/pausing them was negligible. This is someone who: 1) destroyed USAID, resulting in millions starving to death; 2) deployed masked police breaking car windows to arrest non-violent immigrants (and a few US citizens); and 3) sent military personnel into US cities where they aren’t welcome or needed. And the list of his less-than-peaceful antics goes on. He ain’t getting the award.
Unless the Nobel Prize Committee could be convinced to use the award as a way to get Trump to do the right thing. You know, undo all he’s done. Yes, Nobel Inducements is a fantasy. But hey, we need fantasies sometimes. And this is a comic. Like Fox News it intentionally warps reality, not reports it. (Of course, Fox News warps it for profit and power while I warp it in desparate attempts to elicite grins).
